We are recruiting for clinical members to join our growing team. The following positions are available:

  • Senior MSK Physiotherapist (Temp to perm PT/FT)

    We are looking for an experienced, proactive and compassionate Senior Physiotherapist to join and lead our growing team at Kube Medical.


    This is a leadership role that combines clinical excellence with team mentoring and business development. You will manage a busy caseload of self-funding patients and those who have private medical insurance. As the clinical lead you will also mentor junior clinicians and physiotherapy students. We will give you the autonomy to shape new services in line with your specialisms. Whether you’re passionate about imaging, injectables, paediatrics, or women’s health, we’ll invest in the tools and training you need to make a difference.


    You will split your time across both our Swindon and Faringdon clinics, so access to your own vehicle and a clean UK driving licence is required.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead and deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to a range of MSK patients
    • Supervise and develop junior physiotherapists, sports therapists, and student placements
    • Contribute to service development by identifying and implementing clinical or commercial opportunities
    • Promote your clinical specialisms through blog writing, patient workshops, and community engagement
    • Collaborate with a wider team of chiropractors, osteopaths, massage therapists and sports therapists
    • Use and be trained on advanced modalities including shockwave and laser therapy
    • Support clinical governance and uphold CQC standards for Diagnostic and Screening services
    • Work closely with a full administrative team to ensure a smooth, patient-first service

    About You


    Essential:

    • HCPC & CSP registered Physiotherapist
    • Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
    • Minimum 3 years MSK clinical experience
    • Extensive experience in manual therapy and rehabilitation of patients
    • Committed to best practice, clear communication, and person-centred care
    • Enthusiastic about professional development and sharing your knowledge with others
    • Able to travel between clinic sites (Swindon & Faringdon)

    Desirable:

    Experience or interest in one or more of the following:

    • Diagnostic ultrasound/imaging
    • Injectables (e.g. cortisone, PRP)
    • Women’s health or pelvic health
    • Paediatrics
    • Elderly care and home visits
    • Acupuncture and dry needling 
    • Shockwave therapy
    • Laser therapy
    • Ultrasound therapy
    • A high level of verbal and written proficiency in English and able contribute to blogs, talks and patient education

    What We Offer


    • Competitive salary: £40,000 – £45,000 FTE depending on experience

  • Nurse Associate (PT)

    About the Role


    Kube Medical is expanding its diagnostic and clinical services, and we are seeking an experienced, confident and highly professional Nurse Associate to join our multidisciplinary team on a self-employed basis. This new role supports the growth of our testing and screening capabilities, offering patients convenient access to high-quality private health services.


    You will deliver a range of clinical procedures including phlebotomy for private blood tests, cervical smear tests, intramuscular vitamin injections, and weight-management monitoring. You’ll work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to ensure safe, effective and well-organised patient care in line with our policies and governance procedures.


    This position is ideal for a skilled and reliable nurse seeking additional, flexible clinical work within a supportive and modern private clinic environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform high-quality private blood tests, including venepuncture and sample preparation
    • Deliver cervical smear tests in accordance with national screening standards
    • Administer IM vitamin injections safely and accurately
    • Monitor and record metrics for weight-management patients
    • Ensure full compliance with clinical governance, infection control and clinic policies
    • Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
    • Manage clinical stock, equipment and room readiness
    • Provide excellent patient experience, including reassurance, clear explanations and professional care
    • Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
    • Support future development of the service as additional testing and procedures are introduced

    About You


    You will be an experienced and capable nurse who can work autonomously, professionally and confidently in a private clinic setting. You will be:

    • NMC-registered with demonstrable current clinical competency
    • Skilled and experienced in, Venepuncture, Cervical screening, Intramuscular injections, Weight-management monitoring
    • Able to deliver safe and effective care following clinical protocols
    • Friendly, reassuring and able to build trust with patients
    • Strong in communication, organisation and time management
    • Comfortable working independently while contributing to team-based care
    • Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards
    • Insured with your own professional indemnity cover

    Further training and clinical updates can be supported where required.


    Working Pattern & Fees

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays in Swindon are essential
    • Additional shifts in Swindon and Faringdon available by agreement
    • Self-employed basis with fixed fees per completed appointment (to be finalised during onboarding)
    • Clinical rooms, administrative support, systems and equipment are provided
